Smart Serve is a program mandatory for anyone who will serve, sell, or work where alcohol is served within Ontario. Individuals aged 18 and older can obtain this certification. The government office overseeing this program is the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, located at 90 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario.
