Smart Serve Smart Serveis essential for anyone serving alcohol in Ontario. Individuals aged 18 and older are eligible to obtain this certification. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, located at 90 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto, ON, oversees this program. This program fosters responsible alcohol service through comprehensive online courses.

Age Requirements:
- Thunder Bay Ages: 18 through 98 (Under 18 is permitted in Ontario. 19 years old to serve.)
- Course Availability: Bartending 101, 201, and 301 Courses.

- The Ultimate Bartending Program includes a comprehensive workbook (takes you from beginner to advanced ). You will learn the art of crafting a diverse array of cocktails, from timeless classics like the Manhattan and New York Sourto contemporary favorites influenced by the vibrant Thunder Bay scene.
