Thamesford is a small community in southern Ontario, Canada, located within the township of Zorra in Oxford County. It is situated at Oxford County Roads 2 and 119 (formerly Ontario Highways 2 and 19 respectively).

There are two primary schools in Thamesford: Thamesford Public School and St. Joseph’s (Catholic). Children of secondary school age mostly attend Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute (IDCI)(Public) in nearby Ingersoll, Ontario, and St. Mary’s Catholic, located in Woodstock, Ontario.

The Thamesford Trojans ice hockey team is located in this community. National Hockey League player Tommy Filmore was also born here.
