Kelliher is a city in Beltrami County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 262 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.1 square miles (5.4 km), of which 2.1 square miles (5.4 km) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km) of it (2.80%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 294 people, 121 households, and 61 families residing in the city. The population density was 140.9 people per square mile (54.3/km²). There were 140 housing units at an average density of 67.1 per square mile (25.9/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 92.52% White, 6.12% Native American, and 1.36% from two or more races.
